Toys " R" Us Toy Recall

NEW YORK -- About 128,700 Elite Operations brand toy sets, imported by Toys "R" Us Inc. and manufactured by Toy Century Industrial Company Ltd. of Hong Kong, because the sets contain high levels of lead in the paint, which is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. The toys also have sharp points, which pose a laceration hazard. No injuries have been reported.
Three styles of Elite Operations brand toy sets are being recalled. The sets contain toy vehicles, action figures and accessories. The recall includes the following sets and item numbers: Super Rigs Transport Vehicle (087286), Command Patrol Center (920625) and Troop Carrier (773967). The item numbers are above the barcode on the back of the packaging.

The sets were sold at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide and online at http://www.toysrus.com from January 2006 through early February 2007. Consumers should return the product to a Toys "R" Us store for full credit. For more information, contact the company at 800-869-7787 or visit
